Having read reviews on-line I was concerned that I would have a bad experience and the staff would try to up-sell. Olivia was very good and took on-board my requirements. She did not push me to buy expensive glasses and so I will be coming back to Boots in Chichester to buy them as soon as I am ready.

All members of staff were really friendly great sense of humour and made the process stress free and fun particularly Tom He Offered great advice on helping me choose my frames

It all seemed reassuringly scientific and precise with scrupulous measurements and checks, and this was still achieved with good 'human' skills. Full marks to all staff. The appointment took a long time but not a minute was wasted. However, the longer it went on, the more noticeable it was that the customer water machine which used to be available has now disappeared. So my experience was less than I would have liked because of this trifling economy.

I had been booked in for the wrong check up (eye not lens) and then had to wait for mine and my daughters records to be sent from Chichester. This cost us 20 minutes of time. Being a bit more prepared would have been helpful and saved some panicking about parking ticket times!
